Measure’s new Chief of Staff, Sidney Olinyk will manage Measure’s Washington, D.C. based staff and spearhead new business development efforts including Measure’s advisory and Drone as a Service® offerings. Ms. Olinyk comes to Measure from the Office of the Secretary of Defense, where President Obama appointed her to the position of Chief of Staff for Middle East Policy. She previously directed the Leadership Development Department at the Truman National Security Project, where she created and implemented strategy for membership programs and managed over 1,000 political and foreign policy professionals. She holds a M.Sc. in global politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Based out of Dakar, Senegal, Devry Ross will serve as a Senior Advisor and manage client relationships in Africa. African countries are priority markets for Measure, where data from drones can have significant operational benefits. Ms. Ross served as the Executive Director of Entreprenarium du Gabon and was a Senior Consultant of Performances Group. She has provided strategic advice and management consulting to companies and institutions operating in Africa in the areas of strategy and organization, customer relationships, and operations management. Ms. Ross has an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business, and previously held executive positions in the financial services industry.
